The Rooms
This luxury bed and breakfast accommodation in Betws-y-Coed has 7 en-suite bedrooms. There are a variety of rooms to choose from 4-poster, king-size doubles, standard doubles, a family/twin and a single room with a ¾ double bed.
All of our rooms are comfortably furnished to a high standard with crisp white bedding, large fluffy towels, luxury throws and cushions. Some of the rooms still have their original Victorian fireplaces and comfortable leather sofas or chairs where you can relax.

Room 2: First floor room with a small en-suite shower, wc and basin.
Room 3: First floor room which still has its original Victorian fireplace, a large bay window with 2 comfortable leather chairs, a coffee table where you can sit and enjoy the view and 32\" flatscreen TV. Newly refurbished en-suite bathroom, corner bath with shower, wc and basin.
Room 4 (Superior 4-Poster Double):A luxury first floor room which still has its original Victorian fireplace, a leather sofa, 32\" flatscreen TV, and a new re-fitted en-suite with a double shower, wc and basin.
Room 5 (Superior Single): A luxury single room on the second floor, with a ¾ double bed and an en-suite shower, wc and basin.
Room 6 (Superior King-size Double): A second floor room with a luxury leather king-size bed, 2 comfortable chairs and an en-suite shower, wc and basin.
Room 7 (Standard Family/Twin/Double): A second floor room with a double bed and a single bed. It still has its original Victorian fireplace and an en-suite shower, wc and basin.
Room 8 (Superior King-size Double): A second floor room with a leather sofa and an en-suite bathroom, bath with shower, wc and basin.

- We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and Afon View. In the event of cancellations, alterations or reduction of numbers by the client, the guesthouse will undertake to mitigate its losses and to re-let the room at similar rates. The guest will be responsible for the loss incurred by the guesthouse in the event that rooms remain unoccupied, or are at a lower rate than the date the room was booked. The cancellation charges imposed by the guesthouse will therefore reflect the actual loss. Any postponement of confirmed bookings will be treated as cancellation. We reserve the right to amend our tariff without notice.
